COVID-19 Procedure

With the unprecedented chain of events that has followed the COVID-19 pandemic there has been a knock on effect on e-commerce in South Africa.

As of May 15th 2020 all e-commerce activities are allowed to resume. 

We make sure that all our items are sanitised as much as humanly possible before sending them out. And, we have also made sure that any and all precautions have been put in place to keep the staff safe whilst they pack your items for you.

Below is the protocol for receiving goods:

  1. Customers and all residents within the immediate vicinity must wear a cloth face mask or a homemade item that covers the nose and mouth when receiving goods from courier and delivery personnel.

  2. Customers must maintain at least one and a half metres distance from courier and delivery personnel.

  3. Customers are encouraged to disinfect goods using guidelines published by the National Department of Health and those provided by retailers. In other words, once you receive your item(s) make sure to use hand sanitiser or soapy water to wipe them down as much as possible.

Please also allow a bit more leeway with the delivery time frames as the courier services are being strained trying to comply with the regulations and still deliver essential products across the country.
